My passion for health and wellness was born from personal struggle. From a young age, I experienced chronic headaches, joint pain, and ongoing gut health issues, which eventually led me to lose trust in my body—and myself. After years of cycling through diets, treatments, and temporary fixes, I discovered the one thing that truly helped: movement.
Exercise became more than relief—it became a path to healing, self-discovery, and rebuilding trust from the inside out. Through this journey, I learned that real change begins with accountability and consistent, intentional action.
